Products only shipped within Australia. All products are sent Express Post by Australia Post and are packed in reusable Sistema Cooler Bags with ice bricks to keep the products cool for up to 48 hours. We avoid the use of Polystyrene boxes that contribute to landfill.
Postage is based on number of products.
Delivery address
Please select a delivery address where someone will be there to receive your package during business hours. We use Australia Post (Express Post) as well as various Courier services.
If you are NOT going to be present when the package is delivered, we suggest placing an esky with instructions for the package to be placed into the esky. If unattended delivery is not possible and the item taken back to the Post Office for collection (appartments etc), please collect your order in a timely manner to ensure product quality is maintained.
Delivery days
We dispatch parcels from Monday to Wednesday during normal business hours. Parcels are not dispatched on Thursday & Fridays to ensure deliveries are made before the weekend. We will not ship on days before a public holiday.
We will endeavour to dispatch you order within 1-2 working days of receiving your order with the aim of delivery within 1-3 days from the date of your order. However, there are external carriers involved and circumstances beyond our control may arise which can delay delivery.
