Butter Chicken Sauce Kit

Butter chicken – A favourite of Indian cuisine for kids and adults alike.

Traditionally cooked tandoori chicken is warmed through a delicately flavoured rich and creamy tomato based sauce.

For a vegetarian version substitute chicken for Paneer/ firm cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

Marinating Spice Mix - Cumin, Sea salt, Fenugreek leaves, Paprika, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam Masala.

Simmer Sauce -Tomato, Water, Yogurt (Pasteurised skim milk, Milk solids, live cultures (Lactobacillus, Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium & Lactobacillus casei)), Tomato Paste, Pure cream, Butter (4%), Olive oil, Carrot, Garlic, Cashewnut, Ginger, Honey, Spices, Sea salt.

Serving - 440g pouch is sufficient for 750g - 1kg poultry/veg (approx. 4 serves).
