Think fresh milk versus long-life. Same idea, but for flavour. Most sauces are heat-treated and packed with preservatives so they can sit on a shelf for two years. Ours can't - because there's nothing in the pouch but fresh herbs, roasted spices and Australian extra virgin olive oil, blended in small batches and chilled the same day. That's why SpiceVine has a use-by date, like fresh food does. It's not a limitation. It's the whole point.

Every order goes out cold-packed via Express Post, only to centres Australia Post reaches within 48 hours — because that's how long we trust the cold chain, and your flavour, to hold. If we can't get it to you fresh, we won't send it.
