A fiery tomato gravy bursting with the rich flavours of vinegar, garlic & roasted spices. Perfectly balanced & great for red meats or hearty veg (eggplant & potato, Mushroom & peas).

Marinating Spice Mix - Spices (cumin, garlic pwd, Garam masala, turmeric, ginger pwd, chilli, pepper), Sea salt.

Simmer Sauce -
 Fresh Tomato, Onion, Water, Olive oil, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Garlic, Carrot, Ginger, Spices, Sea salt, Jaggery.

Serving - 440g pouch is sufficient for 750g-1kg meat/poultry/seafood/veg (approx. 4 serves).
