Chilli-Lime Smash: Great take on chilli lime theme. Real ingredients make for freshness , complexity and length.
Curryleaf Crush: Lovely fresh ingredients. Well balanced.
Turmeric Tang: Complex and generous marinade. Great use of dried mango to integrate and balance flavours. Terrific.

 Our Marinades and Relishes cleaned up at the recent Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
SpiceVine claimed the top seven places in the Marinades category with 3 Golds and 4 silvers, as well as a sliver and bronze for our two Relishes and a bronze for one of our newest creations the Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce Kit.
